We will transform this stately home thanks to a comprehensive renovation using the highest quality materials, resulting in a luxurious home of around 240 m2. The building has a protected façade and the home has very high ceilings, providing great light and spaciousness. The investment vehicle is expected to be established in November 2024.

 

The apartment is located right in the center, in the romantic part of the city. It is an entire 4th floor apartment with 11 balconies, allowing spectacular natural light to flood in and offering perfect views of the Cathedral.

THE INVESTMENT

The investment began in November 2024 and is expected to be completed in October 2025, with an estimated duration of 12 months until its settlement. Minimum investment ticket: 250k. The capital required to carry out the investment will be channeled through the subscription by investors of shares in the share capital of REDITAS CAPITAL II and through the formalization of participatory loans, with the aim of maximizing the financial and tax returns on the investment.
