We have renovated the first floor of 2 Urbieta Street, next to Libertad Avenue and right in the heart of San Sebastián’s “romantic district”—a prime location renowned for its history, exclusivity, and views of La Concha Bay.

 

The main living room opens onto a spacious terrace offering panoramic views of Santa Clara Island, Mount Urgull, and the iconic Alderdi Eder Gardens, with City Hall in the background. We renovated this historic property to create a 150-square-meter home featuring an open-concept living-dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom), and two full bathrooms.

 

The investment vehicle was established in November 2024, and the project is expected to last 10 months.

THE INVESTMENT

The investment began in November 2024 and is expected to be completed in July 2025, with an estimated duration of 10 months until its settlement. The capital required to carry out the investment will be channeled through the subscription by investors of shares in the capital stock of REDITAS CAPITAL II and through the formalization of participatory loans, with the aim of maximizing the financial and tax returns on the investment.
