A new project by Reditas in one of the city's most iconic locations.

THE INVESTMENT

The investment began in February 2026 and is expected to conclude in January 2027, with an estimated duration of 12 months until its completion. Minimum investment amount: 100k. The capital required to carry out the investment will be raised through investors’ subscription to shares in the capital stock of REDITAS CAPITAL II and through the execution of participatory loans, with the aim of maximizing the financial and tax returns on the investment.

10% RETURN ON INVESTMENT
The objective of the project is to achieve a 10% gross return for the investor on the capital contributed, net of fees, at the end of the investment. This is an estimate based on our experience, always linked to the final sale.
