We were joined by friends from Madrid and Barcelona, eager to learn more about our operations. I had to miss some meetings due to an unexpected health issue, but I was reassured to know that our fantastic Reditas team, led by Melina Ruiz from Lucas Fox San Sebastián, made sure the investors felt at home.

One of the most exciting moments of the visit was the tour of the construction site at Miraconcha 39. Time and time again, I hear comments like, "Ignacio, this city is wonderful. Living and working here is a pleasure!" Those words touch my heart, reaffirming the pride I feel for my home and for all those who come to discover it.

The best part of these visits is undoubtedly the celebration that follows each successful sale. It is gratifying to see the joy of those who trusted us and now share that satisfaction. We take each project very seriously, something that is reflected in every interaction, every smile, and the trust placed in us.

He maintains direct contact with investors, financial institutions, the various construction companies with which we collaborate on construction projects, and the real estate firms that market our assets. Drawing on his legal expertise, he advises on and participates in the preparation and review of the company’s legal documentation.

Responsible for on-site technical execution, he coordinates teams and oversees every phase of the project to ensure quality, efficiency, and control throughout the renovation process.
